5 Stars : Combining the physical and mental is key – and I think this book is good for people who’ve mastered the basics of the sports

I think when you are into learning this game (or any game for that matter) the mental tips and tricks are as important as the physical swinging of club. Combining the physical and mental is key – and I think this book is good for people who’ve mastered the basics of the sports.
For me, it is still a good read since the psychology in this particular sport can also be applied to other games. I’ll say this is a great view of the conflict and harmony between mind and body in a sport where every action counts.

Cool cover, very light to the eyes and an attractive one too. I may haven’t tried to play golf but this book shows how entertaining to play a golf round really is. The different five stages of metal preparation before playing golf. And there are so much more to know. You better grab a copy of this.

As an avid golfer, I loved this book. The mental game is half the battle in my opinion and this book covers everything you need to master it. I particularly enjoyed the various stages of the golf swing mentality and look forward to trying them out next time I’m on the course.
